Refund Policy

The All Good Company Refund Policy

For most items, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will process a return for you.

To return an item, please contact us via email at returns@theallgoodcompany.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

To receive a refund, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your items
  • Contact returns@theallgoodcompany.com for an RMA number and include it in your package
  • Ensure that items are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging
Please be aware:
If the return is not due to damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you are responsible for costs associated with return shipment. Your credit card will be refunded in full, minus original shipping fees.
  • Returns made to The All Good Company will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
  • We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as a trackable package.
  • The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
